Netafim looks back on FIGARO
Shortly before the project ended, Netafim's corporate blog published a review under the title “Figaro! Figaro! but not as Mozart intended!”. It reminded readers that the consortium brought together 17 organisations from eight countries, both academic and commercial.
The article also said the results would feed into Netafim's future planning and product development, and into that of other commercial partners. That is a reminder that FIGARO was an industry-led project from the start.
