Who we are

figaro-irrigation.net is an independent editorial site about precision irrigation and about the FIGARO research project (EU FP7, 2012–2016). The project's original website, built by FAO for the consortium, went offline and the domain was later reused by unrelated sites. We took the domain over to keep a clean, factual record of the project at its old addresses.

We are not the FIGARO consortium, any of its partners, FAO or the European Commission, and we do not speak for them. The project's name is used only to describe it.
